Logic:

• Roles must be have Dept. will syns to 7 Shifts
• Roles don’t have Dept. don’t syns to 7 Shifts ==> EE don’t send to 7 Shifts if role for EE don’t have dept.

2. EE information transfer such as:

• Employee Code
• Fullname
• Phone
• DOB
• Email
• Start working date

3. Departmen name
4. Role name
5. Time clock: 7 shift can assign shift to EE –> EE clock in/ clock out on POS –> view Time clock report on BO and 7Sifts

Set delay time in BO: Setting –> Configuration –> Grace period on 7Shifts
