• Manage Role & Department
• Manage Employee
• Tạo Schedules trên web SevenShifts để user clock in bên POS
• Khi sale items on POS thì sẽ update Report trên SevenShifts :

🗒️ Requirements

• Khi check Department/Role/Employee trên Web SevenShifts thì reload lại page và chọn đúng location
• Manage Role & Department : Khi edit department/Role/Employee trên BO sẽ update trên SevenShifts
• Tạo Schedules trên web SevenShifts để user clock in bên POS theo config Grace period on Seven Shifts
• Khi sale items on POS thì sẽ update Report trên SevenShifts:

Actual Sale = Total Sale - Tax (sale , service charges) - TIP

🎨 User interaction and design

1. Set up trên license:

• Vào web License Dashboard: License Dashboard
• Sau đó search IDStore tiệm mình đang xài -> Edit store -> 3RD Party -> điền các thông tin như sau -> rồi Save

2. Khi check Department/Role/Employe trên Web SevenShifts thì reload lại page và chọn đúng Location :

Login vào web SevenShift : Link Sevenshifts https://app.7shifts.com/users/login?logged_out=1 UserName/Password: [email protected] / g73h23ijJ65TrU53p7n9s71gh4

Khi bên BO edit Departments (thêm, xóa, sửa) -> thì bên web SevenShifts chỉ cần reload lại page và chọn đúng Lacation sẽ update lại Departments :

Sau khi login vào Sevenshifts -> Chọn Locations/Departments/Roles -> Locations : để xem , xóa, sửa, thêm mới location

- Còn khi web SevenShifts thêm, xóa, sửa Departments -> thì bên BO vào tool để pull 7 shifts data thì bên BO mới update được departments

• Web SevenShifts xem Roles theo location và department -> nên khi bên BO chọn Department là N/A thì bên Web SevenShifts không thể nào xem được Role đó . Thực tế những tiệm không xài SevenShifts thì mới set department là N/A

• Tạo Schedules trên web SevenShifts để user clock in : lưu ý : Sau khi Create/Update xog schedule cho Employee thì phải Publish Shedule

Manage Employee : Khi bên BO edit employee -> thì bên web SevenShifts chỉ cần reload lại page và chọn đúng Lacation sẽ update lại thông tin employee

• Khi sale items on POS thì sẽ update Report trên SevenShifts : Actual Sale = Total Sale - Tax (sale , service charges) - TIP

Sau khi POS clock in /clock out thì web SevenShifts vào Time clocking để xem :

Sau khi tạo schedules trên web SevenShifts -> thì bên POS dựa theo config này để Clock In :

Ex : Schedule của employee set trên web Sevenshifts là : 10am - 11pm config đang set : 60 minnutes Thì bên POS -> employee chỉ được clock in trong khung giờ : 9am - 11am -> ngoài khung giờ trên thì employee không clock in được

• Hiện tại report xem trên Web SevenShifts chỉ coi được All department, khi xem theo từng loại department thì không lấy được dữ liệu
