Setup cancellation reasons
A cancellation reason code can be used during order cancellation process. For example, “booking by mistake”, “change of mind”, and so on.
To add a cancellation reason:
- Go to Setup on the side menu bar
- Click Cancellation Reasons section
- Click Add new button
- Enter reason
- Hit Save button

Setup tip suggestions on check out
You can choose when your clients are asked to tip and set your suggested tip values.
To enable tipping and set suggestion tip percent:
- Go to Setup on the side menu bar
- Click Tips section
- Toggle Enable tipping and set the tip options as you wish
- Hit Save on the bottom-right corner to save the changes.

The tip suggestion values are default options. Clients will also able to customize the amount they’d like to tip by selecting Custom amount {.is-info}
Setup payment methods
Whether you choose to offer and track multiple payment types or simply cash and card, you can customize as many different payment types as you like. These payment methods instantly appear as options on the last page of checkout when you make payment.
To add new payment method:
- Go to Setup on the side menu bar
- Click Payment Methods section
- Click Add payment method button
- Enter payment method name
- Hit Save button

Don’t forget to turn on the toggle on the left to a payment method to enable it.
Each payment type is tracked at checkout and reports {.is-info}
Cash and Credit is locked to your account as a payment type and cannot be deleted. But you’re able to hide it by hit the toggle button {.is-info}
Salon Notifications
Set up notifications so you or your staff will always receive reminders whenever there is an update, and never miss any booking.
To customize the setting of the notification that suits your business:
- Go to Setup on the side menu bar
- Click Salon notifications section
- Make changes
- Hit Save button

Don’t forget to set the email/sms to receive notification {.is-info}
