Config Show Customfee On Reports

#new config ở Setting -> Configuration -> Merchant -> Custom Fee : show on all reports, config này có tác dụng : + show new Section Custom Fee Non-Credit (những loại custom fee của các phương thức khác nhau trừ CC) + show custom fee cho section Cash khi sư dụng file 4_0 + show custom fee by cash cho section Cash Drawer khi sử dụng file 4_0 + Ngầm cộng thêm custom fee được thanh toán bằng Cash vào Total Cash on hand trong section Cash on hand khi sử dụng file 4_0 (Cash on hand có ở Sale report, Shift report, Employee report) + show custom fee cho Section Credit (để tiện so sánh với Batch report)

NOTE: + Khi sử dụng Config “Show Custom Fee on reports” thì Custom Fee của ticket thanh toán bằng Cash sẽ cộng dồn vào Total Cash on hand ở Section Cash Owed của Shift report và Employee report, ngược lại nếu không sử dụng config “show custom fee on reports” thì sẽ ko tính custom fee này vào Cash on hand + Vì ở Section Cash on hand đã đổi logic là tính thêm Custom fee vào dựa theo config “Show custom fee on reports”, Nên ở Section Cash này cũng cần show ra Custom fee để amount của 2 Section khớp nhau
