Total sales for each employee everyday

🎯 Objective
- Reports tính total sales của từng nhân viên theo từng ngày total sales = Net sales + tax
- Employee list: chỉ get những NV có id >0 (không get những ticket từ web order online, Phone app, Kiosk and Self-Order
- Ticket Count: Không tính những ticket Gift Card issued and Deposit Item

In this case:
+ Date Time: show date time từng ngày theo từng NV
+ Ticket count: đếm tất cả những ticket được NV thanh toán (ko đếm ticket gift card issue and Deposit item)
+ Cash: tính tổng những ticket được NV thanh toán by Cash (inclued tax)
+ Credit Card: tính tổng những ticket được NV thanh toán by Credit Card (inclued tax)
+ Other type: tính tổng những ticket được thanh toán bằng những phương thức Custom payment
+ Tips: total tips for EE
+ Service charged: included tax (manual SVC + Party Gratutity + Auto SVC + Delivery fee for phone app
+ Void: total sales for Void
+ Cancel: total sales for Cancelled
+ Refund: Total sales for Refunded
+ Discount: total discount
+ Total = Cash + Credit Card + Other types + Tips + Service charged
+ Paid balance: tính tổng những ticket có thanh toán 1 phần & Pre-auth
