House Account

Create a House Account on BLogicView

• Login to BLogicView.com
• House Account -> House Account Management -> Add new
• Fill in the necessary customer/business details like:
  • Customer: old customer /new customer
  • Account Name
  • Notes
  • Spending Limit
• Create a new house account

Charging to the House Account

• When a customer places an order, instead of paying right away, you’ll select the "House Account" option at the payment screen.
• Search for the customer's name or business associated with the house account.
• Once the account is selected, the order will be charged to that account and recorded.

Viewing and Managing the House Account

• You can always view Outstanding Balance, Balance, Status and track charges associated with the house account from the POS or BLogicView
• You can also edit or close the account, set spending limits in House Account Detail on BLogicView

Paying Off the Balance

Quick Add Fund /Add Fund by tickets /Add fund manually :

• When the customer is ready to pay the balance, you can either process the full amount or partial payments.
• Payment can be made via cash, credit, or other methods you have set up in POS Payment Methods
• The balance will automatically be updated as payments are made.

Tracking and Reporting

• BLogicView: House Account management, Transactions management
• POS Dashboard: Sale report, Daily Sale report, Shift report, Employee report, Batch History report Jira Task
