Item Sales By Employee

🧑‍🏭 Product Requirement

🎯 Objective

As a store manager, I want to view sales performance of each menu item broken down by employee over a selected date range, so that I can track which employees are selling which items the most and analyze performance effectively.

🤔 Assumptions

• Item name get theo item gốc
• Đếm số lượng items được bán ra theo từng NV - và chỉ tính items đó cho server (NV submit ticket). TH items được assign cho NV nào thì tính cho NV đó (Ko tính NV submit trước đó)
• KO tính những items được thanh toán từ Order Online & QR Code Dine In & Phone App, Self-order
• KO show những items COMP, Deposit, Removed, Cancel
• Wait & Order app: NV assign bàn và in QR Code Dine In đưa cho khách chọn món --> submit & POS thanh toán thì vẫn tính ticket đó thuộc QR Code Dine và không show trong report

Trong đó:

• Items name: get tên gốc của items không get tên được edit
• Employee name: get theo config from BO
• Qty Sold: chỉ đếm những items được bán thành công (không đếm những items của những ticket được thanh toán 1 phần, Pre-auth)
• Discount: only tính discount items không tính Coin discount
• Net sales: Total net sales
• Tax amount: chỉ tính tax của items - KO bao gồm tax for service charged
• Net sales + tax = Net sales + tax
