Roles

Define system user roles in SensaBooking.

System users are the people who maintain, interact with the product.

Admin

• Admin are peoples in BlogicSystem, who can access Sensa Admin
• Admin can using Sensa Admin to know how many salons registered with us
• Admin can allowed or forbidden salons from using our SaaS
• Admin accounts are limited, can’t be register

Salon

• Salon are businesses using our Sensa Dashboard
• Salon must be register by the Salon Owner

Salon Owner

• Salon Owner is the person who using our Sensa Dashboard and Sensa Booking to manage their business
• Salon Owner register their own account
• Salon Owner can invite Salon's Staff Members join the system
• Salon Owner has highest permission in Sensa Dashboard. They can schedule their staff members, control preferences, process payment…

Salon Staff

• Salon Staff are stylists, artists
• Salon Staff’s account is created by the Salon Owner. Salon Owner send them invitation email with login credential
• Salon Staff has basic permission. They only can view their own calendar, they are not able to change salon’s preferences

Salon Client

• Salon Client is persons who made appointments with Salon
• Salon Client is just profile info, they don’t have login account
• Salon Client’s profile can be added be Salon Owner or automated create by system whenever User book an appointment with the Salon
• Salon Client is just a profile, belonging the Salon. So, if Salon Owner modify, delete Salon Client, it’ll not effect the User

User

• User is persons who make appointments with Salon, and using Salon’s services
• User register their own account or invite by Salon Owner
• User can access Sensa Booking, search and book appointment with Salon
• User can view and manage (reschedule/cancel) their appointment

When Salon Owner add new client in Sensa Dashboard. It’s mean they create a new Salon Client & a new User (if not existed) as well. Login credential will automatically send to User via email. User will independence to Salon after created. {.is-warning}
