🎯 Objective

• Khi khách hàng order online ( pick up, QRCode Dine In ) sẽ show Survey form để khảo sát “How Did You Hear About Us?
• Vào Blogic View để set up config và xem report

🎨 User interaction and design

1. Setting:

• Vào Blogic View -> Setup -> Survey Form -> Configuration :
• OFF config “Customer survey settings” : Default value
• ON config “Customer survey settings -> Show”Form Display Timing Options” Option 1: When the Order is started : chỉ show lần đầu, khi đã skip/ submit survey form thì không show ra nữa Option 2: Upon First Submit / Success payment : chỉ show lần đầu khi nhấn submit hoặc pay, khi đã skip/submit survey form rồi thì dù có submit hoặc pay lại cũng sẽ ko show form ra nữa

Manage Social Sources : cho phép add new, delete

2. Sau đó vào online ordering ( pick up) và QRCode Dine In để check show/hide Survey Form có theo đúng config chưa
3. Survey Form có 3 option :

• SKIP : tắt nhanh form để thực hiện buôn bán
• Do not show this survey again for future orders: Không bao giờ show lại form ở lần khác

SUBMIT -> sẽ lên blogic view để xem report
