🎯 Objective

Firstly, it’s important to understand that a Tip Pool doesn’t mean that each employee keeps the tips they receive. Instead, it involves combining all tips received by employees who worked multiple shifts during a specified period and distributing them equally based on each employee’s total hours worked. This includes employees who work shifts where they may not directly receive tips. In essence, the more hours an employee works, the more tips they will receive from the pool. The purpose of a Tip Pool is to share tips among all eligible employees, not solely those who directly receive tips from customers.

EE must be Clock in and Clock out will cal Tip Pool Formula: + Points = (Regular hrs. * Regular rate) + (OT hrs. * OT rate) + Tip amount = (Total tip collection / Total Points ) * Point for each EE
