🎯 Objective

Sales tokenization, refund không cần insert card + Ko tính Sales tax

🤔 Assumptions

Sales tokenization applied the same Store, same Terminal - KO được phép sales token những ticket không cùng Terminal

🌟 Milestones

1. Sales Token, Refund không cần insert Card trong màn hình Batch Manager vs Batch History
2. Sales Token KHÔNG tính tax, Custom fee tuỳ user có muốn tính hay không? Có thể remove Custom fee trong màn hình Sales token

• Lưu ý: Custom fee theo % hay Amount check theo Setting –> Merchant Đ/v TH Custom fee theo Amount thì file:
• File $1 -$1 -$0.8 : thì mình chỉ charge khi thanh toán Credit thôi
• File $1 - 0 - $0.8 : thì thanh toán Cash hay Credit gì cũng bị charge $1

3. Ticket Sales Token không cho Void Payment
4. Tính vào Sales report
5. Void: Hiển thị trong Sales Report

• Void / Refund theo S/N của máy thì phép Void/ Refund

6. Batch history:

• In Store Receipt: in cả Sales Receipt & Merchant Receipt (nếu ticket thanh toán nhiều lần thì print Merchant receipt nhiều lần)
• Save as PDF and Email: Send cả Sales Receipt & Merchant Receipt

🎨 User interaction and design

1. POS >> Batch History: click on icon Print col ##
2. ❓️ Open Questions

POS >> Batch Manager: click on icon Print col

This screen will show

BO >> Menu Setting > Payment method: checked on check box Enable Tokenization

⚠️ Out of Scope

1. Ticket order from other ASAP, other Terminal can’t Sales token on POS
2. Nếu KIOSK dùng chung Terminal với POS, Đ/v TEST SALE từ Kiosk và được Settlement trên KIOSK thì vẫn hiển thị trong Batch History của POS –> khi Print thì sẽ hiển thị Total Sales của những ticket được Sales chung Terminal với KIOS
